P10:

I just bought this game during the recent sale, and can't even play it. I tried disabling Chroma Apps in Razer Synapse, removing RzChromaSDK64.dll from system32, but that didn't help. Run as admin, disable Nvidia overlay, a bunch of other things too.

Open Windows File Explorer and search for "RzChromaSDK*.*".
Open up the folder with references in program files.
Was probably a folder of of "C:\Program Files (x86)\Razer". In there (make sure you are in the right folder) and run the installer. It will uninstall "RzChroma" which might not be good for you if you use the Razer mouse/keyboard game LED control stuff.

And why your at it, Google for the location of the Razer telemetry service. If you didn't know, Razer is monitoring what you are running all the time. About six years ago they tried to sneak this by consumers but they got caught at it. Now it's wrapped up in legalize in their EULA, etc.

I really wish Razer would just give you a "mouse driver" when you buy mouse hardware from them. That and some simplest way to set mouse sensitivity, polling rate, etc. That is literally all anyone needs for a mouse hardware support.

This whole "Oh you need an account so you can use the Cloud!" is a ludicrous cover story for that fact they want to spy on you and sell your telemetry data to marketing companies, because your purchase of their mouse hardware apparently not enough for them.

Anyhow, I digress. Uninstalling the totally unnecessary bloatware RzChroma BS stopped the crashes for me.

You are so right!!!
Same problem here, and suffering altogether with Razer drivers problems.
THAT IS THE LAST TIME I BUY A RAZER PRODUCT EVER:steamsad:
Ok finally found a resolution, because another game had the same issue and the forum had a solution. Just uninstall the Razer Chroma SDK in Programs/Features.

I know this is a very old topic but i bought ELEX yesterday and i was trying everything to make it work( game was crashing before the PB Video) and i couldnt believe that uninstalling SDK Chroma would fix it but i was willing to do anything!!! I was shocked that this solution worked and i hope future players would bump on this thread so they can try this fix and solve this games problem!!! Cheers!
