Gamma changing doesn't work

I know it's a weird left down/right up to change the slider.
But for me changing it either way does not reveal the logo at all. The complete screen stays black... Which is very annoying for me because indoors is just pitch black. Way too dark to see anything (and I don't like to constantly use torches).

Anyone knows something that could help me here?

I couldn't even get it to slide D:

So I'm playing in a borderless window now so I can use the desktop brightness.

Well, to at least help you: slide left = press down/left on the arrows.
slide right = press up/right on the arrows.

It's obviously bugged if it won't slide for me even by pressing those keys you mentioned. I also plugged my Xbox one gamepad in just to try and nope ):

So, you're able to slide it left or right, but with no change in gamma?

Hey! First of all, sorry for my bad english. I think gamma option is broken, so try go to Elex's properties in steam -> local files -> browse local files. In opened directory go to data\ini and open ConfigDefaultNew.xml file with text editor. Then find line with Gamma word (ctr+F for search) and change parameter there (1.8 works for me), save and exit. There is also ConfigDefault.xml file there with same Gamma option, but I think you don't need to edit it.

Changing Gamma works here on PC and with Full Screen Exclusive mode.
