Bug for the Big Bang

I gave Konrad the first part of the bomb materials earlier in the game, found the other two but did not think it wise to give to him then. Now, with game nearly done to trigger Zardom I gave him the final Konrad the final 2 components, but it is now only recognizing those, not the first. He just repeats "Life is a prison" crap. Returned to same place as 1st part is old factory, nothing there. Cannot finish the game after many hours. Can anyone help?

Well Elex Tech Support never answered or provided any solution. I checked a mid-way game and problem existed then. I checked an earlier saved game version and problem not yet occurred, so resuming from there. I am surprised and disappointed that the Tech Support didn't even answer. I realize this is the Holidays, but actually I would expect they'd be working harder at such times now that some folk have gotten this as a Christmas present.

What i find strange is that nobody else managed to stumble upon this bug.
Did you check the completed quests list and made sure all three quests related to the three components are actually completed?
The game has a bug that makes some quests vanish from the quest list before they are completed. You can still complete them, but you wont get the map indicator.
If not all three component quests for Konrad show in the completed quests list, it means you skipped one and it just vanished from the main quest list, so look online for the locations and check them.

I will try to restore that game and check completed quests. I know exactly where that Coil was and have scoured that place since two or three times. I did try to place a mission item in the Claws chest and lockbox and was able to do that, but the Coil was not there. I have moved on since with earlier saved game so I will hard save current version of that before testing completed quests.

Just checked completed missions. That is there as a separate line of completion under the Big Bang / Megalomania subfolder; wish I could show screen prints:
A Concentric Cross-Armature Coil
An Old World Machine Component, Kinrad needs, etc.

The other two component completions follow that.

But on the Running Megalomania mission it merely shows the last two delivered.
That could suggest that I completed the Coil mission but never delivered it? Hence the search in the Claws storage units. But it's not there and I "know" I gave it, hesitated to complete the mission, and moved on.

By "know" I think I have a firm memory, but without empirical support for that I even doubt myself, as I agree this is rare and software doesn't tend to just randomly hiccup.

Actually enjoying the restored game as I have fixed alot of debauched choices from the first one, which I had ended as Level 40.

Several missions for all factions can bug, I have the Elex for the mana tree mission active even though I killed the npc and his brother and got the elex...

Same with one of Nastys missions the mobs didn't spawn and she goes off fighting nothing . lol

The big bang mission you're talking about stretches 2 acts and can be completed early as soon as you meet the cleric in the fort or wait till later to get your main missions completed, even though it is a main mission ark.

Best by far bug i have on a hourly basis, is the walk off teleporter and endless fall....
