Caja or Nasty

I found out that Jax is a booty man (After you complete the quest with cure for Nasty.) That's good to know. ASSMEN OF THE WORLD, UNITE!

Uhhh I started with Kaja just to see how PB delt with romantic scene... Jax and her climbed to some tower (why??? I guess it is more romantic) and they... kissed.
Anyone who thought this game had chances to outshine Witcher 3 should romance with Triss and reconsider his opinion.
After that kiss next what I saw is Jax waking with his armour off... but still wearing his pants and that ugly top. I guess elexit also made some drastic changes in the way humans have sex.

This game is made me laugh so many times...
PB please... reconsider Elex2 or just try to get a proper budged for it.

Come to think of it, I'm pretty positive that Jax is a virgin. There's no reason that he should've had sex when he was still an Alb.

Hmmm... if he could start any relation with Caja that must be it. He must have been very desperate and full of boiling energy, couse lets say it gentle.... beauty is not her adventage.
Couse if not beauty what other motivation he could have? As I said her personality is not interesting. I mean, perhaps she has wonderfull and complex personality but for some reason it wasn`t shown in game.

That would explain sooo, soo much. I mean Jax is still an Elex junky (at least "my" Jax, when I see how many Elex potions he drinks). And Caja is basically an Elexradar.

But yeah. Can we just agree that both girls are really boring? :/

I dunno man, I really enjoyed the character progession of Nasty. Seemed pretty interesting to me. Well of course I cannot even compare it to Witcher 3 / Mass Effect 123 / DA:O but still.

I'm too biased when it comes to Piranha Bytes, I love it no matter what.

really? It striked me so stupid. I allready hated her "Hurrdurr I'm a tough ♥♥♥♥♥ insult you at a random basis c'mone you ugly ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ let's face some stronk enemies where I charge in the fight and die and you have to do it alone"-part. And I was as angry as Jax. But then the stuff with her sickness? Why, should I felt pity for her? Was that the moment the game wanted me to like her? Hell no. and when she went to ask me to get my booty I told her "ehh... no." (okay horrible truth: I quicksaved, got the romance for achivment, reloaded and then told her "no".) But I think she's a tiny bit more interesting than Caja, at least.

No thanks. Both woman have horrible writing. I stick with Ray and Falk. Specially Falk. And Arx :D

Nasty has a rather weird writing, it's at a caricature level so it doesn't fit the overall context. So argue it's bad makes sense.

For Caja i don't see your problem with the writing. Perhaps you are used to more docile women, so she looks unrealistic? But for occident, it's no way unrealistic, unlike Nasty writing.

You're right there. And about Caja, maybe she's not exactly bad written if the intention was to write her boring but overall it just feels like she's reduced to being an Elexradar and her "druidic" nature also seems very forced and, yeah, maybe also caricatured. The whole being barefood, Elex taaalks, give me Mana or I'll loose my humanity.. I get it, she's used by the game to tell us more about the nature of Elex itself but can't she be more than that? It's not that I want her docile, but (as I stated in another thread) I often find female companions being bad written in RPGS, it seems to be hard to write interesting women. Bioware was able to do this.

But that's overall just my opinion. And people like different things.

Companions comparison with Rip Bioware stuff never work, the problem is Rip Bioware put much more time and money into companions, it allows develop them a lot more and polish them more, so comparisons don't work.

For me Caja is the only attaching companion so I lost a bit of objectivity and it makes more difficult to compare the writing. I would admit the two robots are perhaps more interesting from a writing perspective, but it's well done enough that at end they are just robots so not really companions. Ray is perhaps the more polished/developed writing, he is also half irritating (goal of writing) and half attaching. Arx is the freak, Arb and cannibal, that's special, yeah perhaps also a bit more developed. Duras is first companion and also more developed but that's it. And Nasty is rather special.

So, it's hard to make attaching a companion, achieved for Caja only. She is part of core of main story which give her a role making her more interesting, achieved. Her personality, a bit high temperament and headbut half achieved that is a bit schematic, convinced of Berzerkers approach but not faction achieved, makes sense and well developed, light discrete romance with a bit of elegance achieved. There's weak points but it's a limited companion development, overall they probably didn't want break the balance between companions so she lost a bit of personal development in favor of a more center role in story. For me this isn't making her the bad companion writing, different strong points.
