Help with the supplier (spoilers)

I found out Karsten was an outlaw. I did not agree to let him get away with it and he attacked me. Problem is he one shots me and no one in the base not even my companion turns hostile to him. Not even raptors outside of the castle attack him. I cannot get better armor because I am not high enough rank with the clerics so I have no idea what to do. Even if I agree to the deal he attacks me.

Update: Switched party members with no luck and turning down the difficulty makes no difference. I still do no damage to him.

I got through it by having Duras as a companion and then using two Drone Controls that I'd found. The Drone Controls do a lot of damage to him. It did feel extremely difficult for being an initiation quest.

I got a shield from the clerics and then you do a knock down move and can guard yourself from his attacks. Still took something like 50+ hits but the knock downs keeps him from attacking.

That whole questline is the reason why i'm gonna start over. I went far too early over to the clerics.

the drones are not attacking him either in my game

I tried many things being lowly level 7 I had no chance of defeating him on my own, didn't even notice a tick in health when I hit him. First off what seemed to work (there were many steps in between so not sure if it's this simple or not..) I took the clothes from safe (have to do that to confront him) then told him to get out and he attacked, I ran and flew away and he gave up attack. When I returned he was at his usual position and he had some text something like annoyed and he wouldn't chat nor attack, so I attacked him, finally my drone ally then attacked him as well where it hadn't previously and it took him down in a half dozen or so shots. I had to keep luring him otherwise he'd take out the drone (and in one set of battles, I tried many tricks.. my drone wouldn't come out of stunned state as it normally would, so maybe you can't let your ally go down either).
Also to save anyone the effort before that I tried going back to Hort to let them know it was him, but I got no dialog choices, so it seemed only choice (if you didn't want to partner with him) was to kill him.

Level 7 is REALLY too low to be doing things like this.

I don’t even get the option to accuse him, it doesn’t even take the clothes out of his locker it just keeps adding more to my Quest item inventory pls help

Be less vague, please. Have you talked to Dirk before? Have you received the safe code from Karsten, so you can open his safe? What exactly do you find inside the safe? You need to take his outlaw stuff from his safe before you talk to him about that.

And no, if Jax isn't a capable fighter yet, forget about fighting Karsten. It is a duel, and if you exit melee range, he will draw his ranged weapon which is too much of a risk for a weak Jax. You may choose to team up with Karsten, though, as a workaround.

I have talked to dirk, got in his safe, completed his quests as well, I talked to Gerd, finished his quests, I talked to Karsten, got into his locker, and then I goto take out the outlaw clothing It respawns inside the chest as if I never took it out. My quest item inventory says I have 14 outlaw clothes and I still can’t accuse him

With people not doing troubleshooting, such topics usually end without any solution.

I don't think that mission is broken for everyone, but perhaps your installation of ELEX is broken. Which controls do you use to take the item?

You could try and use two different alb attack spells. (You find them in the converters. You can also buy them from a separatist trader.)

Correct answer is you are going to have to level up several times until you can get weapons that can harm him.

Alb spells worked fine for my Jax. You need to lure Karsten outside the ruins and use 2-3 different spells, so cooldown doesn't matter.
