I dont think it is possible to help everybody, there is a path you have to choose or you screw quest lines.

there are 5 factions. Outlaws, berserkers, clerics, seperatists, and albs. You cant join albs. You can "join" the seperatist faction, but you cant buy anything from them. They just give some quests and are a main story requirement for certain stuff.
