Improved shadow mapping to sun position
Eliminated flickering mist when the camera was too close to obstacles
Subtitles are now deactivated by default when the same language is selected for voice and text

Graphics pipeline optimizations, including VSync activation to remove screen tearing

Awesome, glad to see this. That was one of the aspects that disappointed Karak in his review.
Thank you. When posting patch notes it is helpful to identify the source.
If a reviewer is worth their salt they will add comments or increase the rating however I prefer an overall rating from my peers than a reviewer especially when they rate things that overall majority of people can't stand.

Personally with what I have seen looks very promising and enjoyable!

I hope Elex is a HUGE success and that they will then be able to deliver the next Gothic

No size has been revealed yet, sadly. I wouldn't be surprised if it's integrated into the main game, which is why there has been no preload.
and download capacities ? peer to peer like in wow or ?

Should be integrated into the game on ps4 it was added into the preload, original download size was close to 28gigs then went to 34.6gigs after install.

This was tghe only thing that bugged me from the gameplay videos, so hopefully they did a good enough job.
Good they fix the ai on companions

Wait, they didn't before? I have to appreciate progress, but makes me think what they're smoking on the meeting table.

EDIT: Any news on the size of day 1 patch? And if they will be applied directly into Steam, so we don't have to redownload anything?

maybe that's why we don't get preload
