Report a translation problem
I don't really remember any of the codes, except 0666 and 1337. ;)
Code is 5491, if anybody remember that place, there is a ring next to it, it is driving me crazy i want to know what ring is this.
I will take a look at it.
BTW: How do you play the game if you don't own it...? ;)
It is really hard to see and I didn't realize leaving it behind in my 100%ish playthrough.
I confirm this is a not accessible item and it is not fixed yet. (see screenshots)

Then move the camera down until the camera drags toward you and mash the left mouse button repeatedly. It won't say what the ring is until you pick it up.
I've tested this repeatedly.
