Amulet of defense is ridiculously op

Sooo i just found a recipe for an amulet that grants the clerics last stand ability and tested it out. Thought it will do the very same as the skill - which i never used so far as i joined the outlaws - but it's somewhat different.

As soon as you equip it you will get an icon below your health bar and if you die you will be healed to max hp instead and the icon will be gone. For the skill the description says it has a 5 minutes cooldown so i waited for more than 10 minutes but the icon never came back.

However, if you reequip the amulet the effect will be up again immediatly which makes it just.... ridiculously op. I'd really love the amulet if it would have a 5min cooldown which can't be bypassed this way, but as it is right now it feels too much like an exploit

But my first playthrough was an outlaw, and I got the recipe, but I can't remember where and how did I get this

From the teleporter at tavars converter head south. You will find it in the first ruin there at the street next to a gas station.

You don't need the recipe, the amulet itself is available as loot, so you can save yourself the cost of crafting it.
