Safe in the fort driving me crazy =o

Anyone knows the code for this safe or where to find it please?

Wasn't able to figure it out. And I went through the annoying trouble of climbing the tower over it checking every inch for a password. I figured it would be at top. I was wrong.

just tested it for a bit but had no succes.
the fact that this is safe is almost in the middle of the fort under the tower and has the outlaw symbol in front of it makes me think that you maybe only get the code for a quest from the outlaws!?
also the person sleeping in there is a nobody

I think the most practical way to get in these safe is by hacking.
However, there are random Notes with something like 2 numbers written on them you can pick up on your travels. I just assume that by combining those notes we can get safe codes but that would drive me crazy because around 30-40 hours in, I have amassed like 10-11 Notes.
After all, nothing on those Note actually give a hint what they open.

and then in opened safes will be over 50 elexits, cigarets.. other garbage :)

Many of the safes that require you to find a code in the world somewhere are completely immune to hacking skill though :(.

That one I got! Talk to the bartender at the brothel. He will say that he found some stuff in the desert or something similar. One of the options gives you a crumpled note "that reeks of alcohol" with a safe code.

The code is 7616.

I got hacking 3 but these safes can't be hacked sadly.
These notes can be picked up from albs arround a converter near abessa. There's another note arround there telling you what's going on with these notes - they have nothing to do with safe codes.
There's a set of numbered notes it seems. Only got 1 so far but as it is numbered an contains 1 digit, i'm quite sure it will result in a 4 digit combination

yesterday i found a cleric that seems to be escaped from one of the converter in the icy land. he had a audiolog and a code in it. i couldnt find any safe (that i couldnt hack) to try it out.
