- make sure your graphics card is set to high performance mode in nVidia control panel (or AMD equivalent)
- update windows and graphics drivers (especially Geforce Experience)
- enable vsync under options>video
If you have already tried these, please do the following:
In Steam, under games, right click on Forts, click properties, click Local Files, click Browse Local Files. You should see a users folder, in there you should see your user name, and in there you should find log.txt. Please send us that file.
Also run DxDiag by clicking on the windows start menu and typing dxdiag. Click "Save all info" and send us that file too.
Send those files to info@earthworkgames.com with a description of the problem.
Thanks for your help!.
Cheers,
Noze
