there are still workshop maps available,
additionally you can launch a private or friends only multiplayer lobby in 'Team Death Match +AI' mode with any map that has an ai recorded (workshop or vanilla)
As Sean posted above though, you can still play against the AI on the built-in maps within a multiplayer lobby. The Team AI setting can be used to control difficulty if there are no human players assigned to the team. When human players are present, the Team AI checkbox enables or disables automatic AA (anti-air) weapons to fire at incoming projectiles. TDM will cause an equal number of bases to spawn for each side. Co-op will spawn in all bases and you will have control of all of them.
