Now the flickering is gone but the game still doenst start. The words earthwork games etc are not white and clear, they are grey and blurry
Does one of you guys know how to get the attetion of the dev team to this discussion?
In the Meantime i got it to run more or less, after i had trouble updating Geforce Experience from 3.4 to 3.6 and a lot of troubleshooting later. I deleted Gef Exp 3.4, set my Pc to an earlier Backup point (before all the Windows updates 12.5.17). I managed Forts to start, but the colours looked like bleached and a bit blurry :D
If this is the case, open up settings.lua and add the following lines below the others:
AutoResolution = false,
BitsPerPel = 32,
ViewHeight = 1080,
ViewWidth = 1920,
You can change ViewHeight and ViewWidth to suit your resolution.
Let me know how it goes. If I can confirm it I'll issue a hotfix asap.
Worked for me Thx for the fast fix :)
Almost every single time someone gets that problem it's either an older driver or a corrupted driver, and updating/reinstalling fixes it.
