If you've purchased Moonshot it defaults to being active. You'll see it and its associated files (Moonshot Weapons, Portal, and Moonshot Common if you're playing capture maps) listed under Mods before starting a game. They can also be disabled via that menu.

To access the Moonshot campaign, click Campaign from the main menu. Black Gold is the original campaign, and Moonshot is the DLC campaign.
