Achievement "Roaring Success (Hard)" Part II

According to the description, "All part 2 theatre medals acquired (Hard)", but I did not get this achievement. Did I misunderstand the description? Or did I miss some objectives?

I have finished all the achievements about hard difficulty except this one. Do you believe there are people trying to unlock hard difficulty achievements in normal difficulty?
