We won't be making a demo. You can play the full game for up to 2 hours and still get refund.

I know. But a lot of games are fun the first two - three hours, so it's not really going to tell me anything. But thx anyway.

I'm with the demo idea. I think it should be skirmish and sandbox only with no mod support. (Meaning no ToG also). 15 bucks is not cheap and there isnt really enough actual gameplay footage on the store page and on youtube so a demo would help people know if they wanted it or not.

There is tons of gameplay viewable on youtube...literally hours if not days of it. As far as cost goes, it's a fair price for the amount of gameplay and the amount of time and energy that went into it's development. With the Steam refund option available, we're not going to make a demo.

Gameplay videos don't really tell me if *I* think it would be fun. I need to "feel" the game myself and for that reason I've stopped watching gameplay vids, they tell me nothing.

You can't make an opinion of a game in two hours (unless it's really bad). A game might be fun for the first two or three hours, and then repetitive and boring. I'm pretty sure that is why steam has made it a two hour refund and nothing more.

I'll keep an eye out for a free weekend.

15$ is not that expensive.

It is, if you do it 6 times a month, and don't like 2/3 of them.
