Door are doing what they want
i have a huge issue with doors and grouping weapons.
for example i like to use 3 gunner with eagle eye active.
so you select the 3 gunner i usually do this with a hot key and you press the left mouse buttom to open the door. there are 3 doors now (i stopped using double doors it never works... i saw stuff like one doors opens and the other get's closed at the same time...).

when you are opening a door your aim marker get's white from orange and white means you can fire. at elast in theory... because if one door doesn't open that it you can't fire even through your aim marker is white and there is no way for you to open the last door that didn't want to open.

so you have to unselect your guys wait till the doors close (they sometimes stay open for what ever reason) so you can try again. just hoping the doors will open this time.

some time 1 of the 3 is closing while you are firing that a lot of fun with explusive rounds.

myy guess is that this has something to do with the AI auto defense i can't remenber stuff like this with disable AI defense.
BTW. i can't join ANY multiplayer game with no error massege what so ever.
inviting freinds on the other hand works fine.

There might be an issue with the AI closing doors on a human player after use. I'll have a look.

With regard to not being able to join from the lobby list, I'll have to think about how to diagnose that. It uses pretty much an identical code path to invites.

While at it earthwork if you use a shield as a door and forgot to disable it, ur guns will still fire normaly bouncing back, once cut my own base in half with a laser because of this maybe make it so a gun wont fire if ur base is in the way or have shields disable if they are in the way then reactivate.

The guns generally don't fire if there's something in the way. It looks like shields are an exception.

they could work like doors but that makes them very strong. but you can disable them manuel too so i don't know.
