ICE DRILL not working?

LVL 4 ice drill just seemed to not work after a while. Unless I am getting soemthing wrong, because the ICE DRILL itself was never something I found to work, but it just seems like I can break any of the ice defences anymore. Or its by fluke.

I am fighting Shodan now, an there is what seems to be an upgrade that is blocked by ice defence I cant for the life of me break it down. Anyone else have issue with this or is this just how the system works?

My drill was bugged / not shooting too at some point. Dying in cyber space usually just fixed it for me.

Yeah I cant confirm if that helped or not, but I was able to finally to get it work, though whether that was because I died enough times I cant confirm.

Thanks for the reply! I was able to complete System Shock and can now move onto the second game
