How hard is this game to 100%

Thinking Its about time I give this game a try since I've tried the demo for the remake and loved it. If i could get all the achievements in one go then even better, just wondering if its possible for a single playthrough and how hard it would be and how long it would take.

I would recommend two playthroughs. This depends on whether or not you like the original aesthetic and all that, but earning all achievements in a single-blind playthrough is impossible. Playing with Combat, Puzzle and Cyberspace set to Hard is doable, however the Story difficulty will impose a real-life time limit of 7 hours onto you. The game itself is quite hard, but not that much, even on the Hard difficulty of Combat, just remember to save your game and explore everything throughly the first time, and you will be fine. Average playthrough is I'd say, 8-10 hours, at least that's how it was for me. After a few playthroughs, I managed to cut it down to 4-5 hours, so this is very much doable.

Earning all the achievements in a single runthrough is certainly possible, but doing it blind would be pretty hard. The 0% security and maximum difficulty achievements are a tall order if you're not already very familiar with the game. The maximum story difficulty part in particular is rough since it imposes a hard time limit to beat SHODAN before it auto-game overs.
