How on earth can I take a screenshot?

Steam overlay doesn't work whatsoever so you can't take screenshots even if you unbind the gama raising keys.

I managed to get it to work by turning the Windowed mode on in the video settings.

PrtScn key works fine, alt-tab out of the game and open up mspaint and paste. Edit with better program like infranview.

Steam overlay doesn't even work in the first place, so you can't take a screenshot nor do anything related unless you enable the windowed mode.
