Where is the real mouselook and real fullscreen?!

The trailer made it appear to be fullscreen without a huge border around the little screen!

Also Mouselook is still... passive.
You need to activerly switch to mouselook!

The game doesn't look even close to the Trailer!

the video options will allow you to select any video mode you desire. and yes, you will have to switch between the use mode and shoot mode, it works similarly to SS2.

Enabling Fullscreen still puts the game inside the tiny window!

use your screen's native resolution, that should always work no matter your gpu scaling settings (I'm thinking that is what's going on - your gpu is most likely set to not stretch the image to the entire screen).
