Serious Sam HD: Gold Edition

Just a question. For those of us who already own the HD version of SS 1 & 2 is there any advantage to getting the Gold edition?

Gold edition do not worth it, the old SS games do not have online anymore.

Hey I read the page, but every so often the pages are vague or inaccurate. hence asking those who'd know first hand... those who have purchased the game. From the store page I figured they were the same but as saying goes. second opinions are helpful things.
