Game won't launch

Hi. Game won't start. First, I download it and play it with no problem. Then, when I turn off the computer, next time I turn it on, won't start at all. I tried to delete it and redownload it, and the same thing happened: first time I had no problem, then after I reset the PC I had the same issue. What should I do? Get a refund? Shoot this piece of garbage?

Specs:
Windows 10 (recently formatted due to this problem)
FX 8350
XFX R7 370 2GB
8GB RAM DDR3

Go into the redist folder and reinstall the DirectX thing from there. See if that works.

Actually, the issue that caused me to format was the fact that I couldn't install DirectX. I formatted my PC and then I could install it after installing Serious Sam. But after I couldn't start it the second time, I tried to reinstall DirectX, and gave me the same issue (the .CAB problem). So, I don't know that to do anymore.

Hi guys. In case the installation of DX and VCRedist doesn't help, try running the game on integrated graphics instead of your GPU. Had this issue with a laptop that had some AMD GPU.

Thanks. Actually, the problem was in the .ISO I used to use for formatting my PC. I tried a new one and haven't had a problem since, in any of games (this was an error that happened repeatedly). But again, thanks for trying to help.
