Resolution Problem
So after clicking the screen format option I think it was 4.3 the screen goes black for a few seconds and when it returns all i can see is a quater of the top right of the title screen, i cannot access the options to change it back, I have removed and reinstalled the game deleting all of the files within the steam app but the screen resolution remains the same... anyone know of a fix?

I think you can fix this issue by going to the installation folder for Phantom Brave and
locate "Phantom Brave PC.exe" > Right click > Properties
Under the compatibility tab > Disable display scaling on high DPI settings

nope, didnt work here, i have the same problem, i tried changing a bit in the options and it ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up everything, now all i see when i run the game is that the screen is saying D-Sub 99.5kHz/60Hz
i tried command line things but none work coz im guessing it isnt a source game, wahtever that means, so im stuck, i have uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times, but it just wont work again. even after deleting local content i deleted everything remaining in the file, and nothing helped, like the setting are now saved outside of the folder, and i cant find them

Thanks for the reply, I have done as suggested and it didn't work however I have selected both
Disable display scaling on high DPI settings and Run in 640 x 480 resolution which has now fixed the problem, many thanks.

This was a bit frustrating for me having just bought the game.

Disabling display scaling did solve the issue for me however. The game wanted to default to a 4K resolution since I have super scaling enabled, but without it scaling to fit my monitor it was impossible to see more than the corner of the screen.

And of course because you cannot change the resolution for fullscreen until you go into fullscreen... fun times.

Regardless, disabling super scaling in GPU drivers or display scaling on the .exe file should help resolve the issue.

I found another fix for this problem. You can simply reset the setting to default by deleting game.cfg located in <Steam-folder>\userdata\<user-id>\409870\remote\game.cfg
