Poor Performance

I'm running an RTX 3090 on i7-10700K. This game is old, but I'm average is 20 FPS? Is there a fix for this? My Setting is all High Full Screen and I've even tried lower settings, no luck.

"Game Speed" option... game speed it equal to FPS. i assume that there was no better way back then (or there was no time) so yeah... also the game runs really bad on modern PCs. on my I7-4470K it was fine but on my Ryzen 5600x it lags and stutters A LOT so you might have that problem as well... maybe some day Firefly will make a patch so wer can play the old games again
