Strange bug, boss battle doctor keeps respawning

so the doctor in the surgery that you have to get telekenis for to throw gernades back at him, i got the telekenis, i throw the gernades back i clearly see his body blow up but then another version of him comes back out the door with same amount of health and i kill him but no change in his health instead the door opens again with another doctor and the never ending cycle lol

That is not a bug. You are supposed to blow up something else.

That's supposed to happen. The grenades are used to open up a passageway to grant you access to the next area. The doctor will infinitely respawn until you accomplish said task.
