GameRanger will not start.

It initially worked fine, so I'm guessing the last Windows Update is what's causing the issue. Regardless, I cannot get GameRanger to start even after trying to use compatibility mode and/ or Running the program as an administrator. When I try to uninstall GameRanger from settings, it says to "Please quit GameRanger before removing it.", even if I turn my PC off then back on. When I try going through the GameRanger Setup, nothing happens if I click "Launch" or "Remove". Any Advice?

open task manager (Ctrl+shift+Esc) then scroll through the processes untill you find gameranger, and the select "end task", then try opening it again.

Already tried that. It doesn't show in Task Manager.

I assume you have already restarted the computer.
Another option is to create an new user log into that user and try uninstall from there.

I actually figured it out. You do go to task manager, but you have to close Game Ranger from the background processes section instead.
