How to delete save files?
Is there a simple/normal way to delete save files from both game and steam cloud?

I still cannot believe that they did not implement this. Save, load and delete are the most basics of the settings...

Yo I finally found the way to delete the saves files, here are my steps:

1. Run the game with steam cloud saving on. Just stay at the main lobby no need to start a round

2. Then while the game is running open the save folder
C:\Users\Documents\Stronghold Crusader\Saves

3. Delete all of the saved files or only files that you want to delete

4. Then after that press load in the game menu to check if the files are still there or gone

5. If there are none of those saved file left in load menu then leave the game and the saved files should be gone permanently

My apologize if this doesnt work for you but tbh it does works for me
This method might be work on other games too
Good luck and peace out

Saves should be in C:\Users\*username*\Documents\Stronghold Crusader\Saves
That has nothing to do with my question.
Actually it answers your question perfectly. If you know where the saves are, you know how to delete them? unless you needed him to explain to you how you delete files?
To delete files, you select the files you wish to delete, then hit the delete key on your keyboard, if a confirmation window pops up, click yes.
Are you blind too?

How about you learn what the steam cloud is?

It will bring every single save back as long as they are on the cloud, and because of these lazy developers who did not implement option to delete saves from the game menu, they are impossible to delete without turning the cloud off. And cloud is too useful to be turned off.
Wow you sound like you know a lot about this, why don't you fix it yourself ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.
Because there is no a simple fix that I know of genius...
Then disable the cloud.
You have had 2 people come in here and do their best to help, and all you have done is insult them.
This game was produced before steam or steam cloud were around, so any issues with the integration is on steam not on crusader. go ask them for help, dont forget to insult them while asking for help, that seems to be the best way to convince people to help you.
The world would be a much nicer place if everyone who didn't know the answer would simple keep their mouth shut.

And of course I did write to Firefly Support 7 days ago to fix this shameful mistake, but they wrote nothing back. Lazy and ungrateful developers...
It seems you have gone blind. I specifically said that the issue is not on crusader, contact steam, not firefly.
You seem not to have the answer, why is your mouth not shut?
First learn how the cloud works genius. If there is NO OPTION TO DELETE A SAVE WITHIN A GAME then it cannot be deleted from the cloud. Cloud only scans game files which have been modified from within the game. Issue is solely on the Firefly/Crusader.

I do have an answer to every useless comment of yours.
So the cloud decides to ignore how crusader does things, and you therefore assume that cloud is not the problem?
You have a useless answer to everything. Good job. Feel free to not fix the problem simply because you cant accept that you dont have the solution already.
Disabling cloud saves and then removing crusader.cfg file in Documents\Stronghold Crusader\Saves resets the campaign.
Though, it also resets your sound/video settings.
Also what an immature poster.
When you create a new save file name it -/delete * all save files.- press enter- ok.
Open the user/documents/strongholdcrusader/saves folder, launch the game from steam with cloud save active. Once you're on the menu, hit the windows key. ctrl shift escape or ctrl alt delete. Then delete the file in the saves folder. Open the game again and the cloud save should read it as an in-game operation. Lastly, check your ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ attitude when people try to help.

Have a nice day all.

That doesn't work. Thanks for wasting my time.
