Stronghold Crusader Multiplayer Problem (Gameranger and Hamachi)

hi,
I want to play stronghold with my friend. We are trying gameranger and hamachi but dosen't work. Gameranger's problem is "waiting for host" , Hamachi's problem is dont see lobby. My friend type my ip and enter the join after confort the table. But don't see my loby/game. How the fix this problem, please help me guys. Thanks

I play on Game Ranger and it works fine for me. Are you sure that you have the necessary ports open and host's game is fully loaded?

I am sure host's game is ok but I don't active any port on my modem
