0xc0000022 error

I tryuing everything I find in the Internet, but nothing to help. when I open app at Steam nothing is happen. If I want to launch app from desktop icon, it gives me this error (0xc0000022). Do anyone know how to fix this problem

You need to enable Direct Play, that's what's causing the issue.

Go to Control Panel, then find Turn Windows features on or off, and under Legacy Components check DirectPlay, and then hit OK. Wait for a while for your PC to finish with everything, and the PC will need to reboot as well. It's all done in few minutes.
