Report a translation problem
1. You don't need anything from the cell beds. Some gates cannot, and doesn't need to be, opened. Some levers open a gate nearby, some levers open a gate further away. Some levers do other things - opening/closing trapdoors etc. It's all about trying, failing, exploring, analyzing and memorizing. You will get into it, slowly, step by step. When you get stuck, just ask us here and someone will help you.
2. There's nothing really important in that room.
1- that paper is start of a scavenger hunt that is currently not in the game (I didn't have time to do it :-S ), so you cannot get it
2- the fire is just the Warden office burning
there's nothing to do with the swords, it's not a puzzle. :)
