If only you will create another party based RPG game... I will surely support.
Just to test whether all lines will work.
Boss drop 2 pieces of rare loots instead of Epic.
Is this case sensitive?
These are the lines in my BaseSys_mod.ini in the mod folder of "CustomLoot"
[Bases]
LootQualityBoss = Epic
NbLootCommon = 1
NbLootElite = 1
NbLootBoss = 2
It should be ok now ! :)
something like:
LootQualityBoss = Rare, 1 Epic, 0.5, 8 Legendary, 0.1, 13
So drops rare (1) unless level 8 or higher, for a 50% chance to drop epic, level 13 or higher for a 10% chance to drop legendary.... for example.
well? get cracking! ;)
1 epic loot is very well rewarded.
legendary will get inflated like this haha
if you want very precise control over the drops, you can edit the dungeon instead... ;-)
And game is really not made for random quality drop ; some players already scream when they get a bit more WIL than AWA of same quality...
Has this been fixed yet? I've gotten every other mod to work so far except this one... I was not able to change enemy drop rates either numerically or via quality.
Edit: Hrm, strange. It seems to work on enemies past the first Boss... Tested it on an Elite mob on the 2nd floor and it worked fine, but I could not get it to work on the 1st Boss for some reason.
it's because the 1st Boss has an assigned loot instead of a classic random one. (it's for Tank's back slot)
