you have to kill 22 (or 11 groups of) Barbarian Slaves.
You need to DPS them quicker than they kill you. Healing from your healer in this first part is a strict no-no, too much aggro. You also want the aggro distributed across your characters, not only the tank. And of course focus your DPS, and no AOE (again, too much aggro on your DPS or Tank consequently).
Potions can win this part of the fight for you, later on beasts and Elite beasts you can mostly deal without them.
