Hello Spacemen!

You ventured into the darkest depths of space at the behest of The Company, now, in pursuit of great and mysterious sciences, venture deep into the bowels of the GATE Cascade Research Facility in our new and exciting survival crafting adventure; Abiotic Factor!

You and up to 5 other friends can dive into the Facility and unearth the secrets within, and maybe even tangle with some alien species that the Spokesman would be proud to call his friends.

Thank you for joining us all these years through this adventure (and the many more years of adventure to come) -- we hope to see you in the Facility as well.

Company Perks

Oh, one more thing! If you own Unfortunate Spacemen you also get a unique Company ID card to adorn your scientist with in Abiotic Factor, because loyalty to The Company is paramount, even in other universes.

Space Bugs

VOIP useless?

We wanted to play a round with 6 friends but everyone was having issues with their sound. For all of us, the volume is way too low and for one guy his mic didnt work at all even though everything was set up correctly in Windows. Are there proper fixes? Because it was quite annoying to spend like half an hour just trying different things out to get it somehow working....

"Microphone Isn't Working" / "Can't Hear Anyone"

We've had a few people report issues getting their microphone to detect properly. Here's a few steps we would suggest: MOST COMMON 1) If you are joining via the Friends List, it's better to first load the game, and perhaps go to the server browser, and THEN join via Friends List. There seem to be some VOIP-related issues when joining friends from your desktop or by other means. 2) Make sure your microphone is set to Windows Default Communication Device. (Possibly before launching the game at all.) 3) U...
