Glitch Level Not Showing Up

I unlocked Glitch Level -5 today. After I did so, I closed the game and Steam and my computer. Now that I've started playing again today, Glitch Level -5 is gone. Also, Bandage Girl does not seem to glitch up at all even though I've restarted levels many many times. Is this a known issue? how can I fix this?

This happened to me several times, and it's because the game doesn't automatically save after you unlock a glitch level. You have to beat some other level or just improve your time on a level, then see the little Bandage Girl save icon pop up at the end, which saves your level progress along with your glitch level unlock. Frustrating, especially if your game crashes before you can beat another level, but there it is.

@ timeformime : Ok, but how do you fix it? I have the exact same issue and can't get the glitchy bandage girl again.

Edit : Huh, turns out the glitch bandage girl event was possible again. The issue was that the chances of getting a level setup with the glitchy bandage girl was so much more rare. I've read that your chances of getting it depends on the world completion rate, so maybe the bug resets that? Anyways, It's a relief to finally get it back.
