Gamepad Key Bindings
Any way to change SPRINT to LT and JUMP to RT?

If you go to the directory:

Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/super meat boy/
or
Program Files/Steam/steamapps/common/super meat boy/

You should find a file called 'buttonmap.cfg' open it with something like notepad and from there you can edit the controls, it might take a few times to get it right as the buttons on the gamepad are represented in the file as numbers so just try it a few times until the bindings are the way you want them.
Yup. For instance, in the file indicated by PixelVortex, to set SPRINT to left trigger (LT), use the following under the "gamepad" section:

gamepad { jump="1"; special="9"; useanalog="true"; }

This gives you jump = A and sprint = LT, a pretty nice combo.
