Meat Ninja pop-ups
Every time I try to speedrun Super Meat Boy, during random times Meat Ninja pops up (the size and look as Meat Boy on chapter complete screen, except wearing black clothes) in the middle of the screen with black text above him saying "In the year 20XX..." and the game screen greys out behind him. What triggers this? Oh yea, by the way, the Meat Ninja pop-ups are kinda creepy and make me jump a little bit. HELP

I don't know what causes it but I think it's a Mega Man reference.

these always pop up if you play at meat ninja!

I haven't even 100% the game, so I don't have meat ninja. Also, the pop-ups usually happen in the salt factory and the rapture.
