I have tried putting it in -windowed and Ive reinstalled Super Meat Boy over and over and Ive reinstalled Steam to see If anything would fix it. Ive reinstalled and repaired my C++ files.

This game was working for me but then it broke, Its been broke for like 2 weeks and Its getting annoying, does anyone know how to fix a C++ Runtime error

try without the ''-windowed''. This problem happened to me either, i tried to set other resolution and the game crashed, the problem was my graphic card drivers, they didn't support the resolution.
