Achievement "boy" (do not dying) and other characters

Hi!
I'm trying to get the "do not die in x chapter" achievements, so I have a question:
Can I get these achievements with other characters or change characters for any level?
Or Can I only get these with Meat Boy?

You can change character at any point as long as you don't die. The only characters that you aren't allowed to use are Steve and Meat Ninja. That's pretty much the only requirement: DO NOT DIE. And you don't need to beat bosses or warp zones, just the normal levels. Thought I'd point that out just in case.

Can't use Steve eh? That's why I wasn't able to get blood clot boy, but now I finished it and got the achievement. Thanks so much man!
