Speedy Meat boy is too much
The game is really fast and it makes it super difficult when it you just cant do anything because how fast everything is moving. Or im getting 1000000 fps and can feel the difference

Windows? If you have a control panel for your GPU, don't force vsync off, and the game should run at closer to 60fps.

(Alternately: if you have a control panel: force vsync on. You want vsync.)

I got V-Sync on and i run on Windows 7

Clearly not if you're running at 1000000 fps. :)
