My thumbs are killing me!!
Seriously, Super Meat Boy should come with thumb wrap or a thumb thimble for playing. Excellent game, but my effing thumbs are raw. :)

My left/right index fingers would lock up from time to time from holding sprint, so I'd need to alternate. lol

Lol had the same problem, would play for awhile then notice my right hand was cramping up bad from holding the trigger constantly. -_-

Try playing with a keyboard for a change or, better yet, take a few weeks of break. If you catch a bad case of RSI, you may be suffering for years.

lol, keyboard. There is no way. Instead of sore thumbs I would get carpal tunnel...lol Super Meat Boy just aims to punish no matter how you look at it. Emotionally and physically... I love this game.
