Don't kill yourself over it; try getting Grade A+ on some Forests first or a different game. It'll come with practice, and variation helps keep it interesting and less stressful.

The hospital area might be hard but just keep on trying and when you have completed the hard missions i promise you it'll be very easy to do the rest. Also if you find the hospital hard just try to do the end missions.

So, when I first got this game I had a hard time with the hospital. Turns out I managed to get there without realizing you could sprint. Is this maybe the problem?
