press start--->control panel ---> system&security-->windows firewall--->advanced settings(left side)
New window: Press ”rules for outgoing traffic” (upper left side)---> press ”new rule” (right side)
New window: Program should be selected by default, press next ---> press ”following program path” and find your SuperMeatBoy executable and select it. ----> next, press ”block connection”--> next ---> next again---> name it what ever you want (i suggest ”SMB error fix” or someting) ---> finish.
This will block SMB from trying to communicate with its server, you will get a ”SQL” error when you start but just press next and you can play.
***NOTE***
The previous window, where you pressed ”rules for outgoing traffic” and ”new rule”, you can now see your crated rule at the top(In the middle). (or sort by name and find it if you cant see it). When this gets fixed you'd want to remove this rule to access online content.
Thanks! It helped
