I've also just ran into that problem, replayed World 1 before deinstalling the DLC again.
Now World1 is permanently screwed as well as world 2-1 (it has a bandage with a finish time of 60 seconds)
lastly, World 3-6 light1 have a 5 second finish time
It seems like the data for the levels (as in, time and bandages) got shifted over by one for each level (e.g. 20 is not 19, bandage from level 5 is now in 4, etc.)
Same applies to warpzones, thus you're able to finish even way beyond 106% with the DLC.
For the levels that should have gotten a new finish time (aka all light/dark 20) are now set on 5 seconds.
After replaying World 1, I now have 121% with 36 Bandages in World 1 (102% 21 Bandages world 2, did not touch the level) with the DLC and after deleting the DLC I have 117% with 35 Bandages.
Remember that they're working hard on their new game, plus compatibility bugs can be a pain to identify, work on or even get proper correction, especially when you're dealing with long time after release patches. I'd say we could hope for patches after the release of Super Meat Boy Forever.
We'll come here again in a year maybe!
This is unexcuseable, you'd think after so many years they'd fix it, and the teaser with something new coming.. Fix the darn game first.
