Balatro Inspired Water?

I adore the graphical elements that resemble Balatro but it makes me fee like that trippy background element is missing. Water shaders could be really fun!

It would have to wait to start until a certain distance out since much of the water is inbounds and able to be built upon by a specific faction. Making the whole body psychedelic would make it difficult to play.
