Differences between the steam and nutaku versions?

Obviously I bought the steam version, but I wasn't aware nutaku even existed until the other day. Are there any major differences between the versions?

also i think one scene for nagotiating with the cat witch was cansored (despite having safe CGs, wich are exactly the same as the adult CGs, minus the nudity)

If i downloaded the uncensored patch and installed it correctly; will my game basically be the version from nutaku?

yes if it follows the other games that uses a patch.

the only one is that nutaku had an exclusive earlier acces to the game, that's it, only a day or two iirc
