- Apparently, "Dual_Soul" is supposed to be renamed as "Dual-Soul".
- Apparently, unlike all the other achievements, there's no "achieve" line before ("an_ancient_mariner")
Nice catch! That's a few of those I'm missing, even though I'm sure I got them.

I chose "Ignore", but it works normally.

Yeah I've seen this problem before.
Knowing Renpy, the "dark_knigth" name, since it is not defined, might not be spelled correctly. Do you have the Knight Warrior in your party still? (Forgot her name but she's the guild leader?). I changed her out and this problem never occured again.
My guess is that, since you still have her in the game, the name for her in the programs is dark knight but it isn't spelled correct in these parts of the game.
That might be the case I'm not sure but that's what worked for me.
