On which floor stop monsters to give comments?

Okay, so I thought for my second playthrough that I'd take the Spear Warrior with me all the way because I just liked her stoic nature. Sadly around floor nine she didn't talk anymore on the "Event" markes, same with the Witch I brought along ... now that's a bit frustrating, is there a list on which floors your monsters stop commenting events?

Bunny : level 5
Cat, Boar, Slime : level 8
Spear : level 9
Fox tamer, Book Witch : level 10
Warrior : level 11
Sword Witch : level 12
Bunny Witch, Mud, Tribal : level 14
Fox Archer : level 16
Witch Cat : level 17
Panda : level 19
Fox knight, Fox miko : level 21
Witch wand , Hammer , Genie : level 24
Assassin, Cow, Goat, Nobelwoman, , Whip Warrior, Tribal Warrior, Fist, Exalted Angel : level 25

Other Characters (Meave, Sylvi, Ryouou, Succubus, anubisblahblahblah) got their comments untill ending and Bonus Dungeon.

I checked this with game's script files, so It would not be wrong most likely.
