Black Screen Stop
System specs are a 2019 iMac running the latest version of Catalina, as well as on a mid-2011 iMac running El Capitan.
Uninstalling and reinstalling the game does not work. Verifying the files does nothing. I even deleted every single file and folder associated with Steam itself—everything, and then reinstalled Steam and the game indicates it’s installed but actually has downloaded 0 Kb to an empty folder.
As far as contacting Steam for support, I’ve now done everything the support page has said to do. I’m not sure what else I could do at this point. :/
