Echec d'authentification

Bonjour.
Je pense que le sujet a déjà été traité mais depuis 2 jours à m'arracher les cheveux et parcourir les forum je ne trouve pas la solution.
Je débute sur steam et j'ai le message d'erreur "échec authentification" quand je lance le jeu.
J'ai vérifié plusieurs fois le jeu, désinstallé, réinstallé. désactivé antivirus et pare feu mais toujours le même message.
Si quelqu'un aurait une solution à mon problème.

First off, please note development of this game officially died November 2023 (when Motorsport Games laid off the development studio who made this game). No official fixes will be provided, and there's still a chance the servers will go down entirely and game will become 100% unplayable for everyone (multiplayer servers already died, shortly after the team was laid off in Nov 2023).

Website used to work and have an FAQ, it died about a month ago... but from the discord here's the most common troubleshooting steps for this issue type. Otherwise it's recommended to refund the game...

 
try the following troubleshooting steps:

• Make sure your Steam client is in the Online mode and you're launching the game from the Steam Library (not from the shortcut on the desktop);

• Verify the integrity of game files in Steam (in the Library, KartKraft > Properties > Local Files > Verify Integrity of Game Files);

• In case you're using a 3rd party firewall/antivirus, make sure that the software is not blocking the game from accessing the Internet. Normally, all TCP/UDP traffic should be allowed for project_k-win64-shipping.exe and project_k.exe;

• If the game is installed on a conventional HDD, please move KK to a faster drive;

• Check if you have the latest Windows update installed. Versions prior to 22H2 are known to have connectivity issues with the game's backend server due to outdated security certificates;

• There might be a temporary issue with the Steam API in your region. Give it an hour or so and try to launch the game again.

If none of the above helps, you can try to re-install the game using the tips below:

Uninstall the game in Steam, then check and, if still present, manually delete the folders: 

•    %localappdata%/Unreal Engine 
•    %localappdata%/project_k 
•    ../SteamApps/common/KartKraft 

Restart your PC, go to Steam and re-install the game.
